Robert M. Hoyt & Co., LLC started in 1968 under the direction of Mr. Robert Hoyt. Mr. Hoyt created a tax preparation business and then continued onto pursue other interests. Mr. William "Bill" H. Pusey III took over the business in the 1980's. Bill provided leadership to his employees and resources to the community until his untimely passing in March 2021. His son, W. Ryan Pusey, and partner Richard Hatter now lead the business forward to continue taking care of the clients. In December 2023, Ryan and Rich renamed the business to Pusey, Hatter, and Associates LLC.
